HOW IT WORKS:
- Your rewards are by points, which is equal to dollar spent (1 point = $1 spent)
- Every 250 points earned = $10 reward (automatically loaded to your account)
- Earn double points on Thursdays
- Birthday reward = $10 reward (valid 3 days before, on your birthday, and 3 days after)

- Which locations offer the Rewards Program? Earn rewards at all John Russell Hospitality locations including Tap House (Downtown Erie), Public House (West Millcreek), Harbor House (Harborcreek), John Russell Brewing Company Brew House & Restaurant (Upper Peach), Bay House Oyster Bar & Restaurant and Pier 6 Rooftop Bar & Restaurant (Bayfront).
- How do you earn my points when I visit? Your Rewards are earned by points, which is equal to dollars spent (1 point = $1 spent). Points are rewarded on all purchases, excluding alcohol & gift card purchases. Just mention to your server or bartender that you are a rewards member! Give your phone number prior to checkout & your points will automatically be added.
- How do the Birthday Rewards work? As a member of John Russell Hospitality Rewards, you will receive your Birthday Reward. You will receive one $10 reward for your birthday on your rewards account. This reward is valid 3 days before, on your birthday or 3 days after. Please ask your server or bartender to have your birthday reward be applied to your check.
- Are rewards redeemable towards alcohol or gift cards? Rewards are not redeemable towards alcohol & gift card purchases.
- Can you earn points on takeout? Yes! You do earn points on takeout orders. Please make sure you sign into your account when prompted or create an account so your points are automatically rewarded.
- Do I earn points on gift card purchases? You cannot earn points on gift card purchases.
- Are there any restrictions on when I cannot earn points? Points can be earned for items already discounted or on special. *Some restrictions may apply.
- How do I update an expired credit card linked to my rewards account? 1. Log in 2. Delete your expired credit card information. 3. Visit one of our six locations, make a purchase, and let your server or bartender know you are a rewards member by giving your email or phone number.
